6 q8 E" q2 ]6 `4 S
Consulting with managers and departments as required.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
6 [: |/ D" y( o8 p/ m. C! C4 D& dProviding IT assistance to staff and customers.
  k* Z0 F: R: n' G3 d- F( C3 @Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
; M2 e: F. j# p0 d  ~) v( QUpdating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
  \( H% d. i" E  cMaintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Accurately document and maintain records of work performed via ticketing system.
( d5 F. R( k- U/ ?5 ]* sTake the lead on the implementation of new applications and products.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
+ D% C1 a  L% K+ \Testing and evaluating new technologies.

Job Requirements
; W$ @( j, ]; y! z% X/ t
; X* s9 s, Y! [A degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
; y* d# X- T9 Y3 F) ZTraining and experience in working with AWS.
5 Q1 i& L& ]; y% g% n; IAdditional certifications in business, networking, or related fields are advantageous.
2-3 years of experience in IT.
0 x0 r; e2 k% J! K8 J3 T- DIn-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- s3 h, F5 Y( S1 o- ]" YExperience developing reports and analytics using a modern toolset (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAS etc.)
3 ^: o3 {) b! BProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System.
# u" d$ B6 m' D6 s, b  D  Y% U; HAbility to determine IT needs and train end-users and colleagues.
Ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
