KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
2 _! Y% A7 v: V" U7 V/ _-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
6 A* ~" g% N  v7 r, o; M: k-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
8 l0 G5 K9 m5 _+ a-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
; D& H1 C& @+ d6 F" o- y% P4 D-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
1 H: g1 u- \- Y3 z4 s% E+ o-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
  e5 u0 n  d' d: T: ?-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
; }6 w( `9 b$ H% i$ g2 S( N-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
2 R2 X4 @' J" l' C0 h( @- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
' f7 f6 F, w! q2 g8 \1 f- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
0 f& R; v$ C- w9 D* I-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.

-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
