工作内容：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
& J6 L6 L* `! X8 J; g$ L/ T: F, v' H& P-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
/ i: b- l: Y- b' R* r$ N+ }-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
, p6 |& J3 \9 e& s/ K; S-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
+ i7 }2 G6 O: ^* O: T-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
+ c9 q9 n1 G9 ]-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
" c: q4 `( e, j5 o6 r-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
+ Q% M3 }0 p2 I4 J-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
" d' B4 L8 U) X-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
' |% l" w9 ~+ S" L- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
+ C( F# e, t, r; ^+ t) E9 ]-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
! B8 [! D# A, d-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
+ L' S, J4 B7 _. r7 W, H2 |; |/ }-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
+ v- w2 Q- Q2 N6 `% R* H- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
% R. j# b4 C* b-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
( N4 y- t; Z! Y; |; V/ d' S-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
$ ?" L1 V! r) J; ]-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
( O/ c! U* y" ?/ I. |- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
