Requirement:
Organizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

; f( Y  X2 `& F; g; z9 r; m5 wScope of responsibilities include:
Coordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
3 |" t. v! A( i: @Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Schedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

職責範圍包括：

! G( H3 R: y' X$ J協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
