Some friends and family have gotten the full impact of it in the last
% u0 T; s) L9 T, ]7 Gfew hours, and I must say they are VERY patient.  By now, however,
they should be used to me and my toys.

I stopped at Office Depot today and bought a CanoScan LiDE 90
scanner.  For months now I\'ve been wanting a simple scanner for my
  x- p5 Q3 m& Z3 ]' z4 P- l2 Kslides and photos. Every other place I went to, like Wal*Mart and
Target, only sold the printer/copier/fax/scanner units.  I already own
all of that except for the scanner and wasn\'t about to spend hundreds
of dollars for more than I need.

This scanner costing under $80 does a great job on my photos, even the
ones of me as a baby.  My slides of astronomical art by Morris Scott
0 n; Y! V3 j6 i" k2 K; E% nDollens come out okay even after collecting dust for decades.  I
should be kept busy for days scanning all the photos I\'ve saved over
. }$ v% m+ o' A/ F0 }4 lthe years in an old suitcase.  Now if I could only figure out who all
  j2 t  Y# W+ d; E# Z. `those people in really old photos are!
