9 F+ U) I: o3 U3 _/ T3 n0 ]. e: MUnder the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

" t$ E, u4 }0 F% u/ FKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
' k, V, H, d  c1 [-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
3 A2 \* N; x* f" f- Q& ^  K3 u! @-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
4 t0 h/ t! c7 b-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
; ~3 W3 w" ^/ I0 a-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
8 T" I& ?* E& m- R( R- b# T( m- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
& o, f. q* i* K0 j-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
' q, N2 }  l6 E0 |* m5 J-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
3 P0 Q4 P  ?9 u; ~) B! p-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
5 Y3 d+ N4 b: C! W% h-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
" D* [* Y! |% U. M% s-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
! Z/ ?" S/ W% d1 R& |-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.

-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
