JOB SUMMARY
4 u) f* v* z+ X" Z$ UUnder the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

* Q8 ]% s( g. W9 _4 dKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
( L! m& s# }: v* E: A* I, u-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
- Z, L5 L& o! `+ W1 `4 Q. O-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
, `) }4 E3 A) ~. C8 E- g$ y-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
  Z( n) n3 X4 ~- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
6 e9 U4 z# k5 k9 b-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
, ?9 X3 ^* F* @) o! S+ U, S3 {-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
5 T$ X0 J# _; R& v7 A4 q8 V& d# ?-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
1 {% }; k# F+ ~! w0 L-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
