中班：2:45pm--11:00pm

工作内容：
7 B9 o/ R# f3 I: X, GKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
0 a" v3 `% X7 @' C  w- @4 i-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
6 j9 q9 ]0 W! F% K0 Y# ?5 B-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
7 B" Q1 ?7 e" U- Y-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
: G! W0 N  K9 u9 i-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
$ h& Q. a9 k6 e; ?: O: k) J- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
8 X5 d3 M" e  T/ R3 Q$ y2 z-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
# h. V  z( j( g: j+ R# d% c-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
# {/ q! b! U1 B- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
! Y1 K# p1 d8 M3 B-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
2 Q4 O" y# R, R" G-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
