早班：6:45am--3:00pm

1. 能举起25lbs重物

/ Z; o; |1 f: Y1 Y  S: IKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
) u# h" ?; r& k% }-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
8 a  l/ G* B8 P" Y/ D5 j: d-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
2 H6 j8 Z; r4 k& {: w) v( w-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
8 K: j4 v, E9 I: \3 c) K" M/ `-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
) e' O3 L. J/ y2 B* q  i; J-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
: {1 j) l8 c; D-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
2 ~2 f7 d' _9 a6 [0 c$ R8 v( ]-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
6 E, X  z2 ?& z6 I5 ~/ A-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
2 L0 O  F& H- T1 r5 u  O- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
7 N4 b% B) _! e4 o) J; w0 o-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
, }* z$ X' y0 V3 ~5 |3 A" }- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
1 y1 N# [$ n* i5 k: S5 A/ q- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
) c; X4 y# }; O7 V- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
4 z4 r& u+ L, {- J! {- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
6 g' ]1 e4 O* o# k# E0 D* o: [3 a7 m-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
4 t$ a* R- O& P6 \-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
& d9 X+ k, W5 x* w2 P- }* F-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
- x8 `# u, [3 k' K-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
