8 }2 j* M% f/ a• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
• Create and update various reports
! q( ~; O- {! P2 t- z9 g, p/ X2 F• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation

Our Offer
• Annual salary from $30 000 to $35 000

• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
