JOB SUMMARY 4 ?% x' c% U# ]' P$ D# N7 d: ~. UThis position is responsible for accounting activities within the finance department including, but is not limited to, analyzing trends, job costing analysis, variance analysis, interpreting results, and providing high-level pro-active financial analysis for assigned regions and/or divisions. The position is also responsible for providing financial result regional presentations to both regional and field managers. This position will also be responsible for forecasting and budgeted of assigned regions. 1 g0 U+ l5 i6 Z: ^4 ?0 n$ V7 Y7 uJOB SCOPE • Perform high quality variance/trend analysis and present results at regional meetings • Provide a high level of customer service to Regional and Operation Managers / K2 B' h, |  i• Analyze, reconcile, and action balance sheet and P&L accounts   J  R2 ~0 u+ [• Assist and/or take control of monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts and budgets • Prepare assigned areas of the reporting package each month - O3 o4 S' Y' P8 K9 y8 f9 u  }• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries while executing assigned month end tasks according to established closing calendar deadlines • Other finance duties as assigned & B) x. q5 v' G1 I- f# ]  SKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint • SAP or other similar ERP software experience considered an asset • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision • Ability to work with various levels of management $ _, s4 H, Z. x- c' _! L• Highly analytical with great attention to detail 3 H$ G/ y+ n) p" S• Superior customer service skills • Excellent written and communication skills CREDENTIALS / EXPERIENCE • Post-Secondary Education • Currently enrolled in the CGA or CMA program is considered an asset, but not necessary • 3-5 Years working experience / j. f9 {; t# g+ W2 W  K$ _2 q1 C7 _; nWORKING CONDITIONS: • Office environment / ?8 ^& B, ^0 B3 i: Q• Monday to Friday during business hours • Some travel required (very minimal)
