* d5 B4 u& i# p& {1 v- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.
- Finance
5 E# S& B; n1 @  T* f9 g0 `. s+ I0 `- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
