Manager in Credit Risk Management Department

‧Assist in after-lending management& d& E3 ]& ~, S/ T6 o
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
8 j+ M2 F! ?. m' n' A3 l6 a‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.: q5 W& M4 U) l3 c! Q2 L
‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.9 W& v1 a% D- R3 h+ H- H
% X) X5 g# o: \- v) GQualifications and Experiences:
. M% M) \0 I) z j" P% s+ l9 P‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
6 r) T" a% U3 V‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.0 L$ d* E2 @3 l9 ^# j
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;$ B. @3 y7 g' }7 G
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.( @; K N+ [; F# i3 F: t
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.$ t; Z) B a0 l- W: e1 ^$ l
‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
7 @$ J+ x& k3 W/ D- O4 L% V‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
! u% L1 r9 G. S3 A1 R‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.# q7 G0 \0 x! \- L3 t6 w
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
# m- N* r+ w# L+ ^5 Z$ c3 F‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.0 W Z6 _, J1 s* n3 G7 X) E3 b* L
