Operations Officer - Administration (Mississauga)
Full time experienced Operations Officer - Administration is needed for a transportation company in Mississauga.

/ A$ C- w2 S5 aWorking hour: 37.5/week

! p$ X% N; e1 r. V: {% h. TRequirement:
Organizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Scope of responsibilities include:
5 Q( t  G  U( j, mCoordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
* f5 Z/ c1 k4 @# M2 FAssist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Schedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

要求：
有較強的組織能力，基本的電腦操作技能，嚴謹，靈活變通，操流利英語，普通話及廣東話。

職責範圍包括：

6 q  w& w2 [. L' Z1 e協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
/ J" e9 M" @4 c3 t1 v+ Y協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
8 i6 T5 W. D8 [; W2 P- J) @/ F0 Q為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
