Toronto police have arrested and charged a Mississauga man with sexual assault.
It is alleged that Jose Silva, 61, who owns and operates a driving school on Dundas Street W., had a meeting with a student in his office before the in-vehicle lesson.
& x% @/ Z. N1 E/ d8 q4 g1 {Silva is then alleged to have locked the office doors and sexually assaulted the student.
