A elderly cyclist who was struck by a car this morning died in hospital today.
Peel Regional Police say at around 8:30 a.m. an Asian man in his 60s or 70s was hit on Kingsbridge Garden Cir. between Jenkins Cres. and Mayflower Dr.
Cst. Thomas Ruttan says the Major Collision Bureau is continuing to investigate the accident.

The man's name has not been released as per family’s request.
Police look to identify cyclist
' f* a! m1 ^( E4 a* qPolice are trying to identify an elderly cyclist that was struck by a car this morning.
Peel Regional Police say at around 8:30 a.m. an Asian man in his 60s or 70s was hit on Kingsbridge Garden Cir. between Jenkins Cres. and Mayflower Dr.
He wasn't carrying any identification.
The cyclist was wearing a charcoal grey shirt, khaki green shorts, a brown belt, black running shoes and a blue cap. He was riding a red mountain bike.

The scene will be closed for several hours while the Major Collision Bureau investigates.
