早班：6:45am--3:00pm
中班：2:45pm--11:00pm
晚班：10:45pm--7:00am

工作内容：
  T; L: |( Q3 H$ {: \# S5 nJOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

+ r) ?7 ~3 V# {2 n+ ]- @# ~KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
# f' v4 j8 o# b& i- E-Review the daily production schedule.
' W$ |& c: H! u5 c6 a0 a" u-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
. ~7 K& G4 g2 ?4 E8 [* R-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
( I) j  R8 S% r-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
& M; a/ ?, {$ N  \! U7 ?- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
3 p# A' B. t) C* p# b. x! o-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
( D; U5 `0 b( l5 K, r& x8 l-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
; ]7 R3 ]' D5 ^3 y- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
6 O# d! G6 _3 L-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
0 |9 W% s" g1 E, S-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
( y: J) I3 ]( G8 B- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.

-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
