0 D/ z9 ]5 e0 |) a5 r, xUnder the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
! U8 ], Y9 F; x-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
& A$ S/ @( N; K4 Q$ `6 S4 h/ X' n-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
' l- h( p, l1 v8 S9 V% x1 w6 A) R, G* W-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
2 N1 g3 p. @  w8 t$ I4 A5 G" k-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
* b3 K4 ^# w: H! R1 D- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
  B* p/ U8 _! Q: C/ u+ u* b-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
2 [7 K2 V# K- m; R/ O! g- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
& @( G" O& d8 U$ k' v: F, \2 T  P/ x-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
9 E: N: g/ [8 [) B-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
1 \+ E( o. y8 ^! p& N0 o-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
9 W: |/ W3 S1 r; C& q* c-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
0 M  A+ y' N. N-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
