工作内容：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
8 l1 q  d. ]- A0 M8 a0 [-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
# J! {$ C" h# Y' W! W2 E+ Y& J/ y-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
) j# M( T3 h6 o# E-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
9 B7 ]; b& `, a4 A-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
) B" Q! i( q9 z-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
, |6 l+ _/ J0 i* p( e- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
3 _& G8 e) q+ D% _" g8 O- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
- t" C/ z& K. T& X  o2 V/ a, e- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
! \$ v, }1 u! m# h9 u' w- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
4 \  ]1 ?; i, c0 j5 H+ d" p% T-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
5 ?+ u& ]% M1 t( m-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
: g- d, g. C3 W3 o. r-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
( i; [% l) L! ^7 r-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
" |7 t. C5 v% x8 ], u" }-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
