Major Responsibilities:/ x( h3 i- R' q8 m
•        Work closely with executives and management teams to assist providing guidance, champion projects and organizational development to foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment.7 x; R0 p) I) D. A* L! N
Provide support to the manager on the delivery of full spectrum of HR duties including, but are not limited to the following areas:4 o2 [, v, s( c2 Z- }
•        Performance management – Provide guidance and advice to line managers in performance management and taking disciplinary actions" x, _  s+ V) \
•        Maintain Policy Compliance – Assist the manager in ensuring relevant HR-related documentation are handled in compliant with the statutory legal and company requirements; provide advice and assistance to managers on the interpretation and administration of HR-related policies and programs' h$ W! p- q% `/ J( a6 x2 ~
•         Health & safety and disability management – Support WSIB Claims Management process, ensure incidents &/or accidents are handled timely to mitigate risk of penalty, partner closely with stores and the external Claim Consultant on the claim’s status.
; S+ E$ m: M& z0 [6 ^•        Staff communications – Arrange, organize, and conduct independently staff forums on a regular basis to listen to their concerns, work with other departments to provide solutions and feedbacks2 s; Y7 L+ Z5 L  h- x" ^& b
•        Compensation & benefits – Contribute ideas to, support and execute initiates related to payroll, group insurance and benefits plans launch by Head Office on a timely manner# R5 Q  G0 m; f% a
•        Training & development – Actively involved in workshops and training to users based on their training needs/ e  \3 Q& U" f( k8 Y' G
•        Other HR project– Lead, participate and contribute to HR projects as assigned, s3 S( O! [; o5 R# s8 q

' C! X9 M' X5 v3 Y( O, M' I: rKnowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements5 k1 t9 m2 l) }$ ~/ {1 X% P
• Possess at least 1 to 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
2 ?  t, K6 @0 w# P) O' Q( ?• Possess familiarity with applicable labour legislation, health & safety legislation, human rights and worker's compensation policies and vast experience in handling employee/labour relations. d0 g& P+ e  j/ t! k; V, h
• Business minded with good financial acumen & sound project management skills
# R% ?+ a! H0 t% R! f6 K• Previous experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably in the retail industry or supermarket chain store operations
/ {, z. P: m9 S! |8 x• Excellent interpersonal, and management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality3 _6 j. N8 `% t8 r$ q
• Able to handle confidential information professionally and in an ethical manner/ \; e" o" w/ \+ E
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
4 f5 P8 n  W9 W. q" W; a  Y6 V• Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills; must be fluent in English and is able to understand, speak read, and type Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin).

工作时间:每周工作40小时
