* Mow at a height of 2 1/2 - 3" (6-7.5cm). Coastal Bentgrass lawns are best kept at 1-1 1/2" (2.5-4cm).
* Always keep your mower blade sharp for a clean cut. We recommend sharpening your blade 2 times per year.
* Never remove more than 1/3 of the leaf blade at one time.
* When possible, mow your lawn when it is dry.
& i6 q) r8 d4 }: R* q* Mulch clippings back into the lawn as a natural fertilizer.
* Mow in different patterns to avoid tire rutting.


Watering

, O% L. l8 x. ^*Apply 1" (2.5cm) of water once per week, preferably in the early morning.
# Z5 w) ~0 ~4 }+ I8 Y- i*Avoid afternoon watering to prevent loss of water through evaporation, and avoid watering in the evening to reduce fungal disease incidence.

*Increase watering frequency during hot, dry weather conditions.
*Don't over-water. Allow the top 1"(2.5cm) of the soil surface to dry out between waterings.
