Your responsibilities
& v. Q% H6 m+ i% z- l• Provide administrative support to the sales team6 l4 W$ ?" r. G
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
- \; s3 F0 q G* T' {" C• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables/ e, Y+ K" K+ t- b6 @, T
• Create and update various reports
. p9 s1 E2 d8 y# m& a3 ~• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.9 C f* A" I! W
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation1 ]/ b" E; l4 P$ l% R% H4 s
