Jarrett Johns, 35, of Toronto, accused of running a red light while driving the Mississauga fire truck that struck Kimberley Schulz's car, returns to Brampton court next Thursday to set a trial date, said his lawyer, Brian Starkman.4 a/ v* L- Y* P3 f3 p4 `
"(A trial) is what it's looking like at this stage," he said. "We're attempting to obtain full disclosure that's relevant to the case and that can be a lengthy process."4 b* G1 V7 p' H3 S, n9 h% K3 d& n4 ]! X
Schulz's family members and Peel Regional Police Major Collision Bureau investigators will attend next week's court hearing.

None of the three firefighters on board were injured.

4 y/ j, F7 u/ x* E% D1 s! k7 `Schulz, known to her husband and friends as "Blondie," was only steps away from fashion retailer Nygard, where she had worked part-time as a sales associate for about a year, when the crash occurred. She worked full-time for a Vaughan filtration company.
