Requirement:
Organizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Scope of responsibilities include:
; m4 \  l& n1 ^6 M6 p( J! sCoordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Schedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

職責範圍包括：

; e  _& h2 j  \2 P. [/ D協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
, [4 x  y3 v0 ~協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
$ ]& \7 s  A* e為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
